As Bailli of one of the largest chapters in the United States, Gail and I thank you for your interest in the Chaîne. We hope you have time to review all the information on this site. During the 2023-24 season, we’ve made every effort to create elegant, multi-course, fine dining experiences at eight (8) fantastic venues, featuring acclaimed chefs and enhanced by fabulous wine parings for our epicurean members. Additionally, we’ll be offering three (3) Mondiale programs focused on learning more about wine, Spirits and paring wines with meals.
